    In case of  manufacturing defects or if you are not satisfied with your item you can return or exchange it: in Lithuania within 14 days; in EU and other countries within 30 days after delivery date according to the order of Minister of Economy on 2001.06.29, number 217 „About  purchase return and Exchange regulations ” following the determined Purchase Return and Exchange rules.

    Buyer can return purchase in person to "66º North Iceland" store at the following address: Jonavos st. 254, Kaunas LT44132, Lithuania or post by mail, using courier services of your choice or provided by us. Please note: Buyer‘s return method will not be refunded. You can return Defective and rejected purchase free of charge. We will refund the value of your purchases total within 14 days. The delivery costs are not refundable.

    To return a product, the Buyer must follow these instructions:

    1. Make sure you pack the item in its original undamaged packaging including the original and attached labels/hangtags

    2. The item can not be damaged by the Buyer;
    3. A purchase must be in its original in-store condition without any signs of wear and tear or scratches, excluding the case of manufacturing defects. Change in appearance of the product or its packaging as a result of unpacking and fitting (trying on) can not be considered as a change of the product’s condition;

    4. The returned items must be of the same quantity, as purchased;
    5. When returning the purchase make sure to attach the receipt (if you received one) and fill out the return form;

    6. If Seller after inspecting the returned product discover, that the product damage is the result of wear, misuse or bad storage and is not the result of a manufacturing defect or deviation from factory specifications the seller can not accept the returned item and can not give a refund;

    7. To solve questionable returns in case of damage to the product or a change of the product‘s condition Seller must apply in writing with State non food product inspection, and must inform the Buyer about the results immediately upon the receipt of written decision.
